The Osirian Portal (Amasis & Ophidian) vs. Los Aviadores (Incognito & Epico)
This match proved to be the perfect opener, with high flying action everywhere. The crowd popped for all of the dives, and really got drawn into the action. The match ended when Incognito connected with a Swanton in the ring on Amasis while Epico hot a Tope Suicido to the floor on Ophidian. Incognito blew off the cover and locked in the Incognito Especial for the submission victory.
WINNERS: Los Aviadores in 12:12 (Incognito via submission on Amasis)


Mark Jindrak & Kenzo Suzuki vs. The Teacher's Pets (Aaron Stevens & KC James) w/Michelle McCool
The Pets hit the ring first, and McCool attempted to educate the fans. They weren’t having that, and were excited to have her interrupted by Jindrak & Suzuki’s music. This match was a battle of styles, with The Pets brawling against the technical skill & striking of Jindrak & Suzuki. McCool attempted to distract the referee, causing him to miss a cover by Stevens. As Stevens argued with the referee, Jindrak nailed James with a left hook, setting him up for a brainbuster from Suzuki. Jindrak was legal and covered for the pin.
WINNERS: Mark Jindrak & Kenzo Suzuki in 14:32 (Jindark via pinfall on James)


Alex Koslov vs. Human Tornado
Tornado started off hot, completing his trademark House Party kicks in the corner. Koslov took advantage of a key mistake when Tornado missed a springboard Cancun Tornado, leading to a victory for “The Russian Hooligan” with his Red Scare bridging cobra clutch when Tornado was non-responsive.
WINNER: Alex Koslov in 17:46 (via referee stoppage)


The Can Am Express (Doug Furnas & Phil Lafon) vs. Legacy (Ted Dibiase, Jr. & Cody Rhodes)
Legacy cut a prematch promo complaining about not being on the PPV broadcast, which Lenny Leonard quickly dismissed on commentary being a combination of the late-draft trade and the move of Morishima-Brown. Furnas & Lafon responded with a “shut-up & wrestle” attitude. Very even back & forth match that saw Dibiase try on multiple occasions drag in the Million Dollar Championship belt, with belt being removed by the referee on the third attempt. Cody Rhodes connected with the Cross Rhodes, but Lafon got his foot on the ropes. Lafon eventually made the hot tag, which lead to the faces cleaning house, then isolating Rhodes for their Superkick to Bridging German Suplex combination.
WINNERS: The Can Am Express in 14:33 (Furnas via pinfall on Rhodes)


Live Spike TV Broadcast Main Event - Relaxed Rules
Takeshi Morishima vs. Bad News Brown
Morishima and Brown were given big fight treatment, complete with super special ring introductions and referee instructions. When the bell rang, they had a staredown in the center of the ring, and immediately started trading blows in such a fashion that the crowd reached deafening levels. Both men took the best that the other had to offer, likely spawning some complaints of less then effective selling. Brown was able to escape a final Backdrop Driver attempt by Morishima and connect with the Ghetto Blaster, which only got a 2 count! A frustrated Brown just started punching Morishima in the face, which seemed to anger the Japanese big man more than anything. ‘Shima made it to his feet as Brown continued his punching, but Bad News stepped to the side and connected with a final Ghetto Blaster for the win. Shorter then the previous matches, this match was non-stop brutality from start to finish.
WINNER: Bad News Brown in 9:51 (via pinfall)

Trios Collide - No Tags Required
The 3 Kenny's (Kenny Dykstra, Kenny Omega & Kenny King) vs. RISE Against (Milano Collection AT, Hiroshi Tanahashi & Shinsuke Nakamura)
The 3 Kenny’s arrived as advertised, brash and cocky with an expectation of victory. RISE Against were ready for the challenge, and took it right to their younger opponents. The faces controlled most of the match, but couldn’t put away any of the Kenny’s they were faced with. The Kenny’s were finally to get Tanahashi & Nakamura on the floor, allowing Kenny Omega to follow Dykstra’s top rope knee strike to Milano with a Hadouken theatrical strike, followed by King’s Coronation for the pin.
WINNERS: The 3 Kenny’s in 15:25 (King via pinfall on Milano)


El Generico vs. Justin Gabriel
Pearce referred to this as “the match that pissed off Legacy” leading Leonard to add that those matches were swapped to allow a second cruiserweight match to be featured on the PPV card. Generico was clearly the crowd’s favorite, but both men did not disappoint. Gabriel maintained control throughout, with Generico pulling off several hope spots along the way. The finish saw Gabriel ascend to the top rope for a 450 splash. This turned out to be premature, as Generico met him at the top, and after some back & forth fighting, connected with the Top Rope Buckle Brainbustah! for the pin.
WINNER: El Generico in 18:29 (via pinfall)


Carlito & Primo Colon vs. The Fortunate Sons (Joe Hennig & Brett Dibiase)
The Fortunate Sons were accompanied by Legacy, who were immediately sent back. Ted Dibiase notably left without the Million Dollar Championship Belt he entered with. Joe Hennig surprisingly won the crowd over with his work, despite being a clear cut heel. Brett Dibiase was able to avoid a Carlito Backcracker by holding the top rope. Hennig slid the Million Dollar Championship Belt into the ring, distracting the referee and allowing Dibiase to take Primo out of the ring. Once Primo was sent outside, Hennig was able connect with The Perfectplex and score a victory for the third generation superstars.
WINNERS: The Fortunate Sons in 16:41 (Hennig via pinfall on Carlito)


UWC World Cruiserweight Championship Match
Championship Vacant
Ultimo Dragon vs. Petey Williams
Petey proved that he belonged with the legend, nearly gaining the fall on the veteran several times. Dragon avoided the Canadian Destroyer several times, and Petey was able to avoid the Dragon Sleeper. The commentators added that whichever man connected first would win. Petey set out to prove them right, hitting the Destroyer late in the match. However, momentum took Ultimo took the outside, where he couldn’t be pinned. Petey felt as though he had the match won, and got slow and methodical. This pace provided the opening needed for Dragon, who finally locked in the Dragon Sleeper in the center of the ring for the win and the championship.

Brock Lesnar vs. Sheamus
Super special ring announcing kicks off our second to last match, and the crowd was rabid for the staredown and jaw-jacking between both men. Lesnar and Sheamus take turns daring the other to take the first punch, and Lesnar finally takes the shot. Sheamus barely budges, and does the same to Lesnar. Lesnar throws the third punch, and Sheamus follows up with the fourth. But Lesnar had a plan, dodging the punch and taking Sheamus down to the mat. This turned into a back and forth battle with Sheamus showing the ability to actually overpower Brock, but Brock retaliating with mat skills that Sheamus couldn’t match. Towards the end, Sheamus connected with the first finisher, nailing a pump kick that couldn’t keep Brock down. Brock was also able to hit the F5, but Sheamus got up at 2 as well. Brock then sent Sheamus to the outside, where we had our first of 2 table spots: Brock connected with an F5 through a table on the floor! Brock rolled Sheamus back into the ring, but the time it took allowed Sheamus to kick out. With Sheamus down, Brock headed up top for his infamous Shooting Star Press. But Brock’s hesitation allowed Sheamus a chance to get to his feet. Sheamus attempted to climb to the top, but Brock kept pushing him down. This lead to our second table spot as Sheamus eventually swung up for a kick that send Brock to the floor, where his fall was broken by a table! The Celtic Cross connects for Sheamus, but Brock kicked out! Both men then reversed finisher attempts until Brock was able to lock in a triangle choke. Sheamus fought for two full minutes, but finally passed out from the pain--unable to prevent his arm from falling that vaunted third time!
WINNER: Brock Lesnar in 21:45 (via knockout)


Main Event - 4-Way Elimination Match
AJ Styles vs. Chris Hero vs. Taz vs. The Great Muta
The ring announcing was somewhat comedic in a “one of these things is not like the other” sort of way, a point not lost on the announcers or Hero himself. Hero held his own with AJ for the first four minutes of the match, and with Muta as well once he was tagged in. Following a brief exchange between AJ & Taz, Hero was tagged in to face Taz, and started to run. For the next two minutes, Hero did everything he could to avoid Taz, until a series of exchanges saw AJ & Muta trading strikes on the commentary table, with Hero watching alone in the ring. Or so he thought, as he finally put two & two together, and realized he couldn’t account for Taz. Hero turned around, and there was Taz! Taz threw Hero with an overhead release belly-to-belly, followed up with an Arm & Head Tazplex, then locked in a Tazmission to send the Las Vegas crowd into a frenzy. Hero quickly knew he was trapped, and tapped out, eliminating himself from the match.
ELIMINATION 1: Chris Hero tapped out by Taz in 9:09 via Tazmission

Hero remained at ringside, first down on the floor, then at the commentary table. Hero rarely joined in, actually watching the match. He was sure to tell everyone he tapped out before any damage could be done, proving he’s the smartest wrestler in the UWC. Muta, Taz & AJ put on a triple threat clinic for 12 minutes, including an exchange on the floor that ended with Muta down and AJ locked in a Tazmission! Taz couldn’t eliminate AJ on the floor, but Hero took advantage of Taz’s back, nailing him over the lead with a chair! Taz didn’t let go, so Hero hit two more solid chairshots. Taz slumped down to the floor, releasing the hold. Officials and doctors were quick to respond. Doctors tended to Taz as officials attempted to run Hero off. Hero avoided them, running a victory lap around ringside until he was met with Muta’s green mist! Doctors’ early diagnosis was that Taz suffered a concussion, and ordered him to the back and out of the match.
ELIMINATION 2: Taz via doctor’s decision in 22:32 following three chairshots from Chris Hero

With their opponents cleared, AJ & Muta stood toe to toe in the center of the ring, each man representing a generation of excitement and exhilaration in pro wrestling. The next fifteen minutes flew by like mere seconds as each man put on a crisp, near flawless offensive display. Muta twice avoided the Styles Clash, but in the end AJ connected with his Cabrada into an Inverted DDT, heading up for the Spiral Tap. Muta moved out of the way in the very last second, and hit a Shining Wizard when AJ made it to a knee. Muta immediately connected with a moonsault, but AJ kicked out at 2! Muta repeatedly kicked AJ in the chest, but he kept trying to get up until Muta once again hit a Shining Wizard. Muta went up and hit a moonsault, but refused to cover AJ. Instead he went back up and hit a third moonsault, making the cover for the 1...2...3.
WINNER: The Great Muta in 37:39 eliminating AJ Styles (via pinfall following two moosnsaults)

Muta celebrated in the ring when Taz made his way back out, screaming that he was screwed and Muta knew it. The referee confirmed his decision that Muta was the winner as Taz continued to protest with doctors until the live event feed ended. A video package of the night’s events took us home.

Maybe it's just the fact that he's got a top-to-bottom card of guys we've all heard of. Not a card pandering to the self-fellating "my cock is bigger than yours because I know obscure Mexican & Japanese wrestlers" crowd. Good and mainstream. The guys who rose to a high enough level to grace our televisions with on a weekly basis.

It's "sports entertainment" at its most entertaining. (To me, at least.)

No idea what the average age of the board is, but just because I'm young and unfamiliar with older wrestlings, and watch all wrestling on YouTube making Chikara/ROH/etc. just as accessible as WWE/TNA , I'm much more familiar with The Colony than, say, Ahmed Johnson or King Kong Bundy, even though I understand that the latter two guys were big fucking deals.

That said, I can still recognize that Solly's card is quite good. Fantastic main event.

I'm going with Dash, Dead, Solly. Fire is a tough choice, but for me, her most recognizable wrestlers are all the women wrestlers. I've heard of some of the male wrestlers, but just not as familiar. Though, still angry at Solly for not trading me Kamala. Even though you inserted him into that beefy train wreck of a triple threat. I thought Kamala would have done well with Ice Train in a less angry but possibly more comical team "The African American Express."

I have no idea who your Announcers are.
Don't know who Hero is, but I'm assuming he could suck and it would still be a great Main Event.
Lesnar v. Sheamus looks good. Not great, but good.
Cruiser match looks tight.
Legacy stuff looks decent. Probably be a better match than I'm envisioning.
Generico? Gabriel is good so I'll give that match an "I'm interested".
Is the Spike Free Broadcast thing part of the PPV? If it's not, than I'm not counting on it as part of THE card. One card.
Bad News Brown was never that great in the ring to me. More of a bad ass but not a ring worker. But that was a long time ago so I might just remember wrong. His opponent is a legit bad ass though, right? Might be a fun match.
The Tag Match might be good with some underappreciatted guys.
What ever happened to Alex Kozlov? That Tornado guy I saw on that WSX show. He jumps onto people from high places. Can he do anything else? Pass.

Your announce team is horrible and would be a serious detriment to your show.
Elimination Chamber sounds OK. Rhyno seems out of place.
Foley/Funk sounds good to me, even if I have seen it thousands of times.
Test of Strength and Stretcher matches sound jawehawful.
Everything else seems average.
Sorry, Solly, but you need help to advance.

Dead-

Announcers are a big deal to me. They can make or break a show. And I might vote against a show just because their announcers suck. It would have to be a really horrible team announcing on a show that's pretty even with another show. That being said, Santino would annoy me, but I'd deal with it. Hemme doesn't bother me, but announcing for her seems a bit too much for her to handle for 3 hours.

The Ant stuff sounds dumb.

It's a take on how the UFC does their cards. On about half of their PPV's, they do a live Spike TV broadcast. They have about 10 fights per show. Assuming 10, it would go like this: 3 non-televised fights, 2 live on Spike TV (with a non-TV preliminary thrown in if they have time), 5 on PPV. But it's all considered UFC 116 (or whatever). When they release the DVD, they show all 10 matches in order.

So it's a modified version of that, since the UWC is owned by the UFC/Zuffa. It's still one card held in one building on one night, straight through from start to finish. The way it's broadcasted is split into two. If you were there live, it would be 11 straight matches just like any other wrestling event. If it's a big deal, I'll gladly put the whole thing on PPV in the next round.

It's not a big deal, but doesntit stretch out a 3 hour ppv to a 4 hour one? And obviously you can have a 7 hour ppv if you want, but three is not too much, but you still get your moneys worth.

But regardless, if you're there it's one show and if you're watching on TV, then a flip of the remote and it's the same, so no big deal.
