I was iffy about White based on that picture, then I did a search for him and I was like "Oh THAT guy, yeah he'd be a great Lando." I think that goofy pic does him a disservice.

Why not? You need a somewhat grizzled, middle aged guy who seems like a bit of an unreasonable hardass, but is really just acting out of protectiveness for family. That's basically what he did in Supernatural.

Yeah, but I also tried not to cast too big a name of Owen and Beru since they're not in it as much and there was no cause to have them overshadow things.

See I saw it completely differently, good actors fro small roles that could be standout moments.

I'll go ahead and comment some of your choices.

Luke and Han, you nailed it. Matt Damon might even be too good of a pick for Luke. And Pitt, what he did and Basterds totally makes him a good Solo. More edgy maybe than the original, but that's perfect.

Nice pic for Lea, not super familiar with Gemma, but she looks good and I'm sure seeing her in a metal/leather bikini would look awesome.

Obi-wan, the Emperor and uncle Owen are also solid castings.

For Vader I'll need to listen to a clip (since it's voice stuff, and I don't really like that idea, next draft NO VOICE ONLY stupid stuff).

Gran Moff, I also think you made a solid pick here.

Here you go I would have posted one from him in Candyman, but in that he's a bit too trying to be scary than just naturally having a strong voice.

There was someone else I thought of, but it seemed too easy to pick him, for the same reason I didn't just cast Yoda with the guy who voices him in the Clone Wars cartoon.

He'd be doing an impression, sort of. I mean he'd do a voice that would fit the character, I feel, not just impersonate Frank Oz. I also think it's important he be able to do "funny Yoda" from before Luke finds out who he really is. I remember that in Evil Dead 2 he played the zombie woman in the cellar and had to do a different voice for that, but I can't find a clip of that specific scene.
