I'll post the recap here in the top. I promise to not write a novel like I usually do.
BTW, one of the columnists at 411mania made an offhand comment about Chavo 'breaking the rules' and that was why he had a squash match, but I can't find anything else anywhere?
Anyway, here's the preview from wwe.com:
ETA: And here's the recap!
Kane comes out to open the show as your NEW ECW CHAMPION, and I die a little inside. And then he starts to talk. "I won the battle royale nobody saw....Then in 8 seconds i squashed Chavo." The crowd actually chants ECW.....
He's interrupted by CM Punk, with his MitB briefcase. Who is then interrupted by Chavo. They mock Chavo by losing in the shortest match in Wrestlemania history. (We speculated about that Sunday night!) Chavo announces they are in a tag team match together... Kane/Punk v. Chavo/Shelton. Shelton makes the Dirty Harry joke on whether Punk feels lucky.
Match 1 Stevie Richards v. Mike Knox
Knox dominates early on, with the occasional Stevie hope spot. Knox bear hugs Stevie for an eternity, then climbs to the turnbuckle but Stevie gets out of the way so Knox hits the canvas. Stevie goes all kicky on Knox, and is in control for a bit. But only a bit, as Knox soem sort of corkscrew faceplant and Stevie's return to the job squad continues. Winner: Mike Knox
Tazz is in the ring with Colin Delaney who is glad he didn't get beat up at Wrestlemania. He still needs to wash his hair. Arrrrmando Alejandrrrro Estrrrada comes out and offers him a WWE contract. But...... APRIL FOOL'S!! Colin is despondent. It's almost as if someone came into the chat and said "Hey, OO is back up," and then three people (who shall remain nameless) went and checked!
Actually, there is a catch. Colin has to beat....The Big Show! And his bad bruise-make-up job!
Match 2 Colin Delaney v. Big Show
They stand nose to chest. The bell rings. Colin tries to leave, but Big Show matches his steps. Big Show picks him up in a choke, the referee goes for the bell, without counting to ten or doing patented 3-arm raise for consciousness check. Big Show tosses Colin like a rag doll, shakes his head, and leaves the ring. Winner: Big Show
Match 3 Chavo/Shelton v. Punk/Kane
Kane's ring pyro goes off when he gets in. We know what that means, but we're going to have the match anyway.
Shelton and Punk start. Then Kane tags in. Then it's Kane ahd Chavo. Everyone doing their standard shtick. Kane and Punk manage to knock Shelton and Chavo out of the ring for your first commercial break.
We're back and Shelton is being abused by Kane. Punk tags in to continue the trend. Punk does a really cool back breaker on Chavo when he gets in the ring. Punk tries to go for the GTS, but Chavo is too close to the ropes and holds on. Shelton comes in and kicks him right in the face. And by face I mean arm. More tagging in, and Shelton has Punk in a choke. Chavo tags in and kicks and stomps. Chavo does some really awkward submission move attempts, finally settling on a grapevine for like a minute. They have Punk isolated by their corner and take turns tagging in beating on him. Chavo tries for Three Amigos, but CM Punk counters with a running knee to the jaw, after tossing Chavo to the corner, followed by a bulldog. Both men are down and slow crawl to their respective corners.
Finally they tag in Kane and Shelton, with Kane killing Shelton early. [Tazz: "thats a lot of body coming down on one man's face."] Choke slam attempt on Shelton but Chavo interferes. Shelton and Kane exchange big boots, and Kane wins. He tries to go up top for the clothesline, but Chavo knocks him off again.
Punk tags himself in hits an enziguiri on Shelton and then into a GTS. One - Two - Three. Winners: CM Punk and Kane, in defiance of the Kane Pyro rule.

Anyway, here's the preview from wwe.com:
Making the way after 'Mania
There’s a new champion in the Land of the Extreme and his name is Kane. To earn the opportunity to challenge ECW Champion Chavo Guerrero, the Big Red Machine defeated 23 other competitors in the 24-Man Battle Royal, including giants such as Mark Henry, The Great Khali and Snitsky. Later in the evening, Kane emerged from under the ring, catching the “Mexican Warrior” by surprise and slamming the defending champion down with a chokeslam. Having been relieved of the ECW Championship with no chance to defend himself, will Guerrero retaliate Tuesday night?
Guerrero isn’t the only competitor Kane has to look out for, however. The Money in the Bank Ladder Match came down to a struggle between Chris Jericho and CM Punk. Though Y2J grasped the briefcase first, it was the Straightedge Superstar who managed to remove it from its hook. With a golden opportunity in his briefcase waiting to be exercised at Punk’s will, the Straightedge Superstar has the power to avenge his previous loss of the ECW Title with the championship of his choice. What lies ahead for Punk in the Land of the Extreme?
While Shelton Benjamin demonstrated why he calls himself the “Gold Standard” of ECW when he defeated Carlito in a preview to the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Benjamin wasn’t able to keep up his hot streak at WrestleMania XXIV. Neither he or fellow ECW Superstar John Morrison could become “money” and earn the Extreme title opportunity.
Find out what’s in store for these ECW Superstars and others on the first post-’Mania edition of ECW on Sci Fi, Tuesday at 10/9 CT.
