Bio: Edra Neal and Clio Neal were born June 30, 1988 to Martha Neil, younger sister of Ned and Nancy Neil. For many years nothing was known about their father, but it was believed to be a traveling wrestler, possibly from a Lucha contingent. Martha was very blond and fair skinned, while the girls had jet black hair and dark, almost olive complexions. Martha had suffered from Rheumatic Fever as a pre-teen, which had not been treated promptly due to her parents being killed in a car accident as she was being taken to a major medical center for treatment, leaving her with a damaged heart. The death of her friend Beth in the ring brought on early labor. Edra was born first, and Clio three minutes later. Martha, just 16 with no family at all, was severely stressed. Wyatt took personal responsibility for Martha, Edra, and Clio, with the proceeds of the sale of the UNWF going into a trust for the care of the girls. Unfortunately, the trust was never fully funded by the purchasers of UNWF. As a result legal actions were filed, and what little property remained was ordered returned to the Neil family. Much of the intellectual property was never located. Portions of the video library were apparently sold to the OOWF after Wyatt's involvement with the organization began, and Wyatt's attorneys regained control of the library on behalf of the trust.

Thanks to Wyatt's later economic successes, the girls were raised in a spartan yet loving home by their mother, who cared for them well despite her illnesses. They were kept from the violence and risque programming on television and instead were given good role models. The death of their Aunt and Uncle was kept from them until they turned 18 following her mother's death of heart failure, and it was then they found out about Wyatt's wrestling past. The girls were brilliant students but were shy, having no interest in team sports, instead competing in Track and Field and Cross Country.

The women were profoundly affected by an incident in College. They had no interest in dating men, but one night a boy bought Clio a drink...to which he had added Rohypnol. He was found the next day with concussive brain damage, two shattered kneecaps, broken hands, and required "Bobbitt reattachment surgery". No charges were ever filed.


Edra earned a Pre-med degree and Clio a Pre-law degree at the same prominent Midwestern university. Occasionally the two would double date and do the switch routine. Both continued their solo athletic endeavors in college, earning four year letters in Track and Field and Cross Country.

When Edra heard Wyatt talking about his working with the OOWF on his radio program, she called to ask if she and Clio could be trained by him. It was a notion that Wyatt immediately rejected, but after considerable lobbying from both girls, he consented. They initially trained in Las Vegas under a prominent female wrestling talent, then moved to East Ely where their training continued.

Through his radio program and an on-air confrontation with Firewoman, he tricked her into giving the twins a Ten Minute Challenge match where, if she couldn't beat them, she would use her influence to get them an OOWF contract. The unthinkable happened in Toronto, Ontario on May 30, 2012, as with seconds remaining, Glory pinned Firewoman after the twins hit Double Elimination to earn their contract.

First team match: 6/6/12 in Pontiac Michigan against the Pontiac Excitement via pinfall in 4:01.

Their specialty match is a Classic Best 2-of-3 Falls Match.

Madison uses lots of dropkicks and flippy-stuff. Top rope lariats, legdrops, somersault legdrops, senton splashes, a twisting Spiral splash. He features a “Triple Dropkick” where he hits a dropkick, quickly hits a second dropkick, then a third before the opponent is back on his feet. He also will walk the top rope Kevin Von Erich style and perform moves from there. He is known for his fast, high deep Ricky Steamboat arm drags and mixes in the Pele Kick often

Myers has a traditional power-arsenal, powerslams, press slam, torture rack, Border Toss, mafia kick, and a thunderous kneedrop from the turnbuckles. He features “Suplex School” his version of the Three Amigos, instead of 3 suplexes, he hits a Delay Vertical Suplex, Gordbuster and Slingshot Suplex

3 tandem finishers.

They are not comfortable in hardcore, anything goes type matches.

They HATE anything other than a one on one matchup, refering to 3-way, 4-way, etc.. matches as "clusterbombs"
They have left every promotion rather than allow the booker to break them up and feud.

They call titles "Championships" and title shots "Championship opportunities." They believe REAL champions wear their belts around their waists and will NEVER bee seen with a belt carried around on a shoulder.

They are both well spoken with vocabularies that surprise people, especially those who expect them to sound like "Rednecks"

Myers is usually all business. He loves to watch tape of his opponents to 'study' them. He has had anger management issues in the past. He owns a Fully Restored Candy-Apple Red 1965 Ford Mustang that The Texpress use to get to each domestic show

Madison is easy going and mischievous, with a touch of adult ADD. His trampoline helps him release energy without pissing off his more serious, studious partner. He is quite the ladies man, and is known to be involved with a number of SFJ’s at once. Has asked out every female on the roster at least once. In the past he has had relationships with CBS News Anchor Katie Couric & Emma from the Longneck, Delaware ASPCA. He also once had an obsession with Porn Star Stormy Daniels

Chad was very close to Firewoman, the extent of their relationship is extremely vague, and is very likey she continues to harbor some feelings for him. Chad "Moving past" Firewoman was a large step in Texpress making their 2010 return. Texpress have made inroads to becoming friends with Firewoman since her February, 2011 face turn

They never cuss. NEVER. If Zane is really upset he’s been known to say “Damn,” but only once or twice.

Friends since elementary school, Chad and Zane grew up together in suburban San Antonio, Texas. They both played football for the powerhouse Converse Judson Rockets. Zane a defensive tackle, Chad a strong saftey

A chance meeting with some local indy wrestler’s at a Jim’s restaurant shortly after graduating from Judson High in 2001 brought them into the wrestling business.

They debuted as a tag team later that summer, Phantos & Lucios, with the gimmick of Americans wearing masks to mock the Lucha tradition. They quickly became fan favorites and decided to keep the masks to honor the Mexican wrestling heritage. They quickly became champions in Texas and spent the next year working all over the southwest (New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma; where they were heels playing up their Texan heritage); and Louisiana.

They then spent 18 months wrestling throughout Mexico, and then another 18 months wrestling in Canada, Great Britian, Germany, Russia & The Czech Republic; winning titles everywhere along the way

They spent the next 2 years in the Pacific, touring with South Pacific Pro throughout New Zealand, Indonesia and Australia.

OOWF Director of International scouting Dave Meltzer found the team working in New Zealand for South Pacific Pro and brought them to the federation.

When Zane returned from his suspension in September 2010, he was accompanied by a new Girlfriend, Bridgette. She stays backstage and is there as a calming influence on the intense and temperamental Zane. She does not come out to ringside. She does not get physically involved, EVER.

There is not much known about her, including her last name.

She speaks with a soft Texas drawl, but like Chad & Zane, is very well spoken with an expansive vocabulary, so apparently she has an education. She occasionally handles contract and legal matters for the team.

She does not fly, and used to be absent for weeks on end while the OOWF is overseas. She is not afraid to travel by boat, so she may well be seen more often on extended overseas tours.

She has a easygoing nature and a good sense of humor, moreso than Zane, as she will often laugh at Chad's corny lines.

She is described as "An Attractive Brunette" and tends to spend time at local spas while the guys prepare for their matches. We can assume safely she is approximately the same age as Zane & Chad.

OOWF Careers include:

• Debut as Phantos & Lucios at the July 4, 2007 Brad Smoley Tribute show defeating Chile Bean Amezaga & Puck Dupp
  
• Formed Run DLP with Davin Moreland. Run DLP had numerous Corporate Sponsors, including Dunkin' Donuts, Aquafina, Yum! Foods, Sprint PCS, & others

• Teaming with Davin Moreland, Run DLP became the first ever OOWF Campeonas de Trios (June ’08)
  
• Captured their second World Tag Team Championship from IHOP (July ’08) and began the longest Tag Team Championship reign in OOWF history at the time (151 days)
  
• As part of Run DLP, merged with the DEA to form Run DEA, the single greatest faction in the history of wrestling.

• Having remaned themselves “The Texpress” they chased Poe & Stank for months until capturing a third World Tag Team Championship. (Apr ’10) They trade them back and forth with Poe & Stank once more, adding a fourth reign to their resume in May ‘10.
  
• They drop the Championships to Salvation (Valor) in June '10
  
• Zane Myers is suspended for attacking General Manager the Rick & forced to undergo counseling. (July '10)
  
• Chad Madison is left alone for over a month. He challenges for and eventually wins the OOWF Onslaught Championship (Sept ’10), his first ever singles championship. He loses it later in the month back to Stan Fulton, who attacks him post-match, until Zane Myers returns to make the save.
  
• Soon after, The Texpress challenge and defeat former ally Davin Moreland & his partner Alexis Darling to win an unprecedented 5th World Tag Team Championship (Sept. 10).
  
• They lost the championships a couple months later to Moosehead Jack & Stank, Moose breaking Chad's nose in the process

Appearance: Solid, athletic build, but not “steroid ripped.” Has a California / X-Games athlete look – wears his hair longer, sometimes tinted, has several tattoos. Wrestling gear is made up of “well worn” jeans and T-shirts with custom messages or vintage rock groups / concerts.

General moveset / Tendencies: Think a cross between Paul London / PAC / A J Styles. Can surprise opponents with his technical ability, but is addicted to high speed, high risk, high impact, top rope maneuvers. Will fly off turnbuckles, ropes, and guard rails. Can run the ropes like a tight-rope. Unbelievable vertical leap, body control and balance. Isn’t stupid though – can pull a submission out when needed – but given the choice between a hip toss and a springboard moonsault – LOOK OUT BELOW! Can get caught up in a “top this” mindset against a similar style wrestler. Sometimes takes a chance simply because he can – wrestles with a “first place or don’t finish” mentality of extreme sports competitors.

OOWF is the biggest rush he’s found yet, and he’s there to push the limits – He is the type of wrestler who wants to give the crowd a Holy Shit moment every match!

Has been away from the OOWF for several years – is back crazier than before, and his moveset shows it.

Backstory and other info

Clio Neal and her twin sister Edra were last seen in the OOWF as the tag team Power and Glory. Their father was being pressured to put his radio show on hold to make a run for Senate in 2016 against Harry Reid as an Independent, and to position him for that campaign to have him run for the House in 2014. At a political event in preparation for the run, Wyatt was called out of the meeting and shown the footage of the Double Jeopardy Cage match with Texpress. The stress of finding out how the twins were after that match set a stress cycle in effect where his blood pressure began rising to a dangerous level. The incident with Spencer sent his blood pressure out of control. Mary Lou found Wyatt in his office watching the D&D attack on P&G and he stood up and said NO! And he collapsed. Mary Lou screamed, Dr Flynn and Mike showed up. Dr Flynn transported both Mary Lou and Wyatt to University of Utah Medical Center. As the plane landed, Wyatt turned to Mary Lou and said, “I'm sorry, be strong. The twins will take care of all of you.” Wyatt never regained consciousness.
Wyatt passed on February 16, 2013 at 2:43am Mountain Time, about the time that Clio, Edra, and Sunny were landing at JFK. About ten minutes later Mary Lou gave birth to twin girls, Beth and Martha Cox. Because they arrived almost four weeks early, they were taken to the NICU for observation and care.

Some six hours later, physically and mentally exhausted, Edra, Clio, and Sunny arrived. They were taken into a private office where they were told of their father's passing. Edra and Sunny fell apart, while Clio went into a rage and began destroying everything and everyone that wasn't nailed down. Sunny tried to comfort her and Clio began destroying her. It took Edra to pull her off and the twins began a donnybrook that took every security guard and a number of Salt Lake City's finest to break up. Clio disappeared. She resurfaced long enough to pull her half of her money out of the twin's joint account.

Edra and Sunny became close and took over as caregivers to Mary Lou and the babies. Dr Flynn, Mike, and Clancey stay around to help. You couldn’t tell on the air that Mary Lou had been through the trauma of losing her husband and being a widow at 23. Off the air, it was a different story.

As for Clio, she declared that Clio Neil died with her father, and that she is now Chloe, the last Neal. Gone are the precision kicks, the surgical destruction of an opponent. Now raw rage and anger drives the 5-11 230 pound hellcat who would rather break an opponents limb or drop them on their head . Victory to her is not a pinfall, victory is an injured opponent. Clio is banned from SHIMMER and WSU thanks to her wanton destruction of opponents there, including one promising rookie, Alexia Zholobova, who thanks to a Chloe Corkscrew may never walk again.

Much of her time has been spent in fight clubs trying to satiate the rage within, but it seems that the fury within might only be quieted by a single person. It remains to be seen if that person quells the rage, or just pours gasoline on the embers and adds a new spark.

Appearance: Green eyes and long brown hair, generally in a single braid. Wears black tights and tank top in the ring, and tends toward jeans and tank tops out of it.

Style: Primarily a technician, but will use more power moves against smaller opponents, and take to the air against larger ones.

Background: Born in Columbia, but raised in various parts of Europe and North America. Was trained as a ballerina for most of her life, but gave it up at sixteen. Granted early entrance to Stanford, but chose to forgo college to train to be a wrestler, causing tension with her mother.

Met with Mad Maxine in Germany , and received some rudimentary training. Once she realized her student’s commitment, Maxine chose to send her to the best, and contacted Firewoman.

Has been trained in both kickboxing and akido.

Uses her first name only - rumor is her family has connections to certain families in Columbia that she doesn’t want to be associated with.
