Rounding up the usual suspects. I have commitments from 8 of the 12 teams. Waiting word from Fire, Moose, Thai, and Dev. If I don't hear anything by Monday morning, I find new owners to assume their squads - NO SUPPLEMENTAL DRAFT. Army and Sporty have first dibs, and the VP was talking ALL sorts of shit on Twitter the other night and will gladly take a slot too if necessary.
Usual format: $10 buy in. I'm proposing a 75/25/10 and 10 to the regular season champ. Objections?
Draft starts August 9. Below is the to be snaked order:
1. Thai
2. Moose
3. Fire
4. Mikey
5. Gimmick
6. BTR
7. Psychofish
8. Dev
9. Dead
10. Eric
11. Solly
12. AA
Keepers due August 4th. I know that puts it tight before the draft, but we will enforce a hard deadline and any team with keepers not turned in forfeits all players back into the draft pool. That also keeps football on the mind and hopefully increases interest in the draft.
Final rosters from last season can be found on the ESPN league page history. Any other questions, shoot them at me or The Old Man. We'll get things shaped up this weekend.
