Iron Fist, Mockingbird, The Huntress, Batgirl, Miho, and Connor Hawke
A return trip to K'un L'un has shown Iron Fist a the next step in his path as the Living Weapon. Much as Orson Randall had gathered together a band of misfits during his time and helped to redeem them, so must Danny Rand. He must gather together some of the most violent, unrepentant of "heroes" and set them on a new path. Aided in the task by fellow Avenger Mockingbird, he seeks out those in need of it
The Huntress, already working to find her new way without killing. Cassandra Cain, who seeks to find a chance of forgiveness of her past. Connor Hawke, whose recent accident and recovery have left him with largely no memory and little purpose, who perhaps can find his past with the techniques the Iron Fist possesses. Finally, Miho, who seems to neither care nor want this chance, and has only accepted his offer due to the money offered.
If Danny Rand fails however, the risks involved are great, because when he takes them before the dragon of K'un L'un and should it be displeased, than they all will suffer its eternal torment.
Sinestro, Venom, Stane, Neron, Kang, and Morg Earth is the key. Earth has always been the key to ultimate victory, as it is the center of the multiverse. Whoever gains control of it, controls reality itself. Sinestro sought to gain control through open warfare once, and this failed. He now seeks to subvert control of the world’s populace in a more sinister manner, to keep the hero’s off balance and to strike at those that might assume themselves allies as well.
Leaving control of his Corps with Arkillo, he’s gathered together a group, who has no prior association with him, to help strike terror into the populace. Fear of the monstrous in Venom. Fear of a terrorist who can strike anywhere, anytime with a technology too advanced to comprehend with Stane. Fear of being conquered, by someone who knows every move you could make by Kang. Fear of the utterly alien, with motives too bizarre and strange to comprehend in Morg. Fear of losing your immortal soul forever to Neron. Sinestro will use his agents to keep Earth off balance until the time is right, and than strike….and gain ultimate victory at last.
Deathstroke, Lady Viper, The Hood, Lady Bullseye, Deadshot, Prometheus
Deathstroke has been foiled far too many times for his liking, by teenagers more often than not. He has attempted to control, manipulate, and threaten his own team. Now, he gathers together new allies with a new technique. Cooperation. By assisting him with his goals, he and they will work together towards each others ends.
The Hood sought a return of his powers, robbed from him by the heroes several times over. Deathstroke was able to provide this, in return for his using these gifts to assist with the team’s goals. Lady Viper requested that they utterly destroy Hydra, an organization so chaotic and plagued by infighting, so that she might once again assume control and rebuild it in her image. Deadshot’s request was simple. Money, and a lifetime of protection and anonymity for his daughter. Prometheus demanded not only all of Deathstroke’s files on heroes, but on the villains as well, having been stymied in the past by those he never bothered to amass data on. Lady Bullseye wishes for revenge, upon those who defeated and betrayed her.
But what are Deathstroke’s ultimate goals for this team and himself? As inscrutable as ever, he has made certain that they are spoon fed their information, as well as their “rewards” to keep them as loyal for as long as possible. However, a failed 7th member of the team has already shown them what will happen if they do not cooperate or attempt betrayal….their hopes of personal dreams will end, along with their lives.
