Being a clone of Peter Parker, Scarlet Spider brings all the same skills and qualities you've grown to expect from your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.

Flash Thompson as Venom brings a man with a new lease on life out to take full advantage of his second chance after losing his legs in combat. Speaking of combat, he's a military expert who knows how to wield some firearms when called for.

Here to provide the muscle for the team, The Tick is excited to take down the baddies alongside some other arachnid superheroes. SPOON!!!

Every well-rounded team needs a tech guy, and that's where The Web comes in. Doesn't hurt that he's a billionaire, too. And his costume looks cool.

Bringing a youthful innocence and outlook on things, Miles Morales is the Ultimate Spider-Man. He's got some very cool powers that differ pretty significantly from Ben's, too.

As the glue that holds everything together, Julia Carpenter as the new Madame Web knows everything that's to come for the team. Think of her as the Professor X of Arachnophilia.

In my mind I see this team being sort of a "Batman INC." concept, but with Spider-man instead. I could see Spidey in the first issue telling him that now that he is busy saving the world with the Avengers, these guys would be tasked with keeping the streets clean.
