The secret power behind the cult, Neron is granting his demonic boons to a new group of followers in the hopes of increasing his standing amongst the ranks of hell.



Brother Blood
Angry at being lied to by Trigon, Blood easily changed his allegiance to Neron. With new warriors from another realm and an increase in power, Blood leads a new cult in acts of villany.



Dragon Man
This monsterous beast has been brought to the earth realm by Neron to act as the personal bodygaurd of Blood. Finally he has a counter to the various heroes that have sought to stop him.



Hobgoblin
Ned Leeds has experience dealing with demons. That is why he made a side deal with Neron. He watches over Blood, pretending to be his most loyal follower, but secretly ready to take him down if he looks to turn on Neron.
