Lets go round by round:

Ultimate Spider-man vs. Cyclops. Maybe there have been a few incarnations of Cyclops that didn't suck, but lets be honest, there have been a lot of incarnations that have sucked. Ultimate Spider-man is the greatest character in his universe. Comedy, leadership, and badassery (copyright townofdalem 2012). He also should get bonus points for dieing and actually staying dead.

Tim Drake (Robin) vs. Aquaman. Even if Aquaman is underrated, he is reated so low that even going over that is pretty horrible.

Shadowcat vs. Spider-Woman. Both are awesome. Shadowcat is slightly more awesome. Not many characters are awesome enough to have a pet dragon and have Colossus fall in love with them.

Batman (Beyond) vs. Human Torch. Batman Beyond was an awesome show. Touch is okay.

Speedy II vs. Batgirl (Stephanie Brown). Eh, they are practically the same character. I like archers. Only one is HIV positive?

Current Aquaman is about a trillion times better than current Tim Drake. Also, Kitty dating Colossus is a negative against her to me.
