The basic concept is Loki and Hades get together and unleash a group of monsters to wreck havok while they can plot behind the scenes.

I really like the G&M concept and while The Deep is another good concept, Black Manta is going to cause major issues having to play lackey to Poseidon. And I have no idea how you control Jaws.
