I'm giving the edge to Dead here. I like his EC and X matches a lot. Eric has a fantastic Tapout match, but Paul London in the ME? I don't see him on the level of AA/HBK

Dead has a card that has a street fight that I absolutely do not like, as it has two guys in it that I'm not a fan of, and two more that I think could be used better in other spots. The rest of his card is rather solid to me. Eric has a card that doesn't have anything that jumps out as bad, and is really solid all around. Eric takes this one in what for me at least was a really close decision that could have swayed either way.

My opinion is opposite of Shark's, I actually love Paul London being in the main event. That's something I would always be tentative of doing, but Eric did it.

His card isn't as clusterfucked, minus his hell in a cell match. I for one, LOVE Paul London in the Main Event. Everything else looks fun and exciting as shit. Love the way he proves you don't need to rely heavily on old school names to make a badass card! I feel like all his matches would deliver.

I feel like Sharky always says the same thing to me around Card 3 or 4: "I can't see so and so as a main eventer." And I always respond: "If I only used the guys who were "main eventers" it would be the same show every night." Basically, in nearly every company I've run by myself, I always have my "big time" main eventers headline my second or third cards, and then send one or two people up the card, not because they are main eventers per se, but because they are fantastic wrestlers and my companies are normally all about how well people can wrestle. That's why in OO3, my final card main eventer was Chris Jericho vs (heel) Jay Lethal, and in OO5, it was CM Punk vs. Daniels vs. Low Ki, and OO6 was Bret Hart vs. Paul London (and if I had a fifth card there, the main event would have been London vs. Kendrick). It's really hard to only use people who are "main eventers" in the main event. I like giving talented wrestlers their chance to shine. My question is: "Can you wrestle and can you entertain?" If so, then you can main event my company any day of the week.

Also, since I knew there was no possible way I could make the finals, I had to combine a lot of my cards from 5 and 6 onto this one card. Only six matches, but, as is normally the case in all of my final cards, I normally leave no room for "dead weight." All of my matches are designed to deliver. I hope ya'll enjoy, and I hope to return in 2014 as your draft champion. (Seriously, why does Eco normally get all the praise? I've won 5 of these things!)

I too have used guys in ME spots who aren't necessarily considered ME guys. A prime example is David Von Erich and Tully Blanchard in PH09, when I lost to Eco in the semi-finals by a single late vote.

I suppose I'm trying to be nice. I guess I'm trying to say.. I fucking Hate Paul London. He's not a guy I would ever pay to see in a ME. I dispute he's a great wrestler and was glad to see him disappear from the mainstream scene.

OK, that makes more sense then. I can live with that explanation. Although I disagree with your assessment of his abilities, I can at least understand that you can't force someone to like someone you like.

I see him like I do a lot of these Indy/Flippy guys everyone drools over. Can he wrestle without all the high flying antics? Could he go an hour in the ring with the greats if he had to? London I say absolutely Not No Way, and therefore dismiss him from the ME scene. As much as I dislike Jeff Hardy, (which is ALOT) I give him that credit, he can wrestle. So while I dislike him in MEs, and usually vote against it, I understand it. London and Kendrick were a good tag team when there were no great ones, so they stood out. Kendrick can talk when given the chance. I never saw than from London.
