Lucky - the "adults are kids" DC storyline you're thinking of is called "Sins of Youth". It was colledcted in a TPB. Pretty good story. The art leaves something to be desired, because they adults go from being kids to teenagers to kids depending on who is drawing it, but the overall story was fun, especially if you like Young Justice.

Ughh. You ain't kidding. The Osborn/Stacy storyline was awful.

I agree with you about the Spidey unmasking being potentially the worst editorial decision ever by Marvel. But knowing Marvel I'm confident that in the next year or so Professor X will mindwipe the entire planet to forget about Peter's alter ego, or Reed Ricahrds will create a time travel device and go back to stop Pete from unmasking, or they'll copy DC's "everyone forgot Wally was the Flash" storyline by bringing back the Beyonder to serve as a surrogate Spectre.

I think this one is both undoable and unforgiveable. It changes the entire landscape for the franchise player.

The only way I can see them getting out of it is to somehow tie it in with the returns of Hulk and (real) Thor. Reed and a time machine isn't the worst idea, but he's just shown he's not responsible enough to handle the technology (by getting rid of Hulk and cloning Thor). I'm really not sure I like the idea of "Reed as God". If he can undo Pete's unmasking, why not undo Goliath's death, Uncle Ben's death, Gwen Stacy's death (again) and, for that matter, the big kaboom that started the Civil War.

I actually think that they shouldn't re-mask Spidey. Parker revealing his secret to Aunt May was one of the best things they did to the Aunt May character and her relationship with Peter.

I have enough faith in the writers with this. They've done a decent job with the unmaskings of Steve Rogers and Tony Stark, but those two characters obviously were never as private as Peter was. MJ and May being damsels in distress by coincidence like before was rather silly. Add that most of the new Thunderbolts are Spidey-Villains including Venom and Gobs, I'm curious to see what they do with this. But again, I'm optimistic and have faith in the Marvel writers.

Reed and a time machine would be gay. Let's undo House of M or even Scarlett Witch going insane, why don't we?
