OK I like Catwoman - I think I made that clear in Round 1, along with my reasons for such. But this is Round 2 and she's up against Doom.

I agree this is gonna be a blow-out. But biggest ever? Submitted for your consideration:

In the Superhero Showdown, Batman whooped Flash, with Flash getting zero votes.

In the Villain Showdown, Magneto whooped Riddler 93% to 7% (Riddler got one vote).

I think our feline friend will get a few votes, in particular from the more mainstream crowd who may still be influenced by her sexy goodness.

But I'm voting Doom.
