Its two types of fun, wrapped up and rolled into one. Way before those fruit like candy things were around.



Wuzzles was like a companion piece with Disney's Gummi Bears. The Wuzzles were all weird animals that were a mix of 2 animals. So (and I assure you, I'm not getting these names from Wikipedia) Bumblelion was half bumblebee and half lion. Eleroo was half elephant, half kangaroo... with wings, for some reason. Moosel was half moose, half seal... with wings. They all had wings and i remember being very perplexxed by that at a young age. But my little sister was big on it. She was like 3, I think. It was admittedly, a little gay.

I have one vivid memory of waking up at bumfuck in the morning as a kid on the morning we were setting out to drive to Disney World for the first time. Climbing out of my bunk bed and watching an episode of Wuzzles while eating my Cheerios. And then when we got to Disney World days later I recall seeing the big guys in Wuzzles costumes walking around the park.

I think somewhere there's a picture of a 6 year old me being hugged by a 7 foot tall Bumblelion.

I'm the one suffering. The Wuzzles theme song has been alternating with the Honk Kong Phoey theme song in my head all day. I swear my mind has a reserve where it keeps the theme song for every cartoon I ever saw my entire life.

And I was NOT the one who voted for them.
