Honestly, what do we disagree about. It’s a clearly very exaggerated version of real events. I just read through the Wikipedia page of the real Holliday and let’s just go with, he probably killed upwards of 20-25 people in the movie and in reality, maybe only killed 3-5. The biggest fight in the move, Ringo, is almost 100% fictional since Doc wasn’t even likely in the state when Ringo died. I’m just not sure how he’d be invalid based on the Fictional Portrayal rule I have on the first post.

OK. Doc Holliday isn't a critical pick for me. Pretty much the sole reason for drafting him was so that his teammate/leader Eric Cartman could continuously say "I'm your Huckleberry" over and over. (Also, everyone who read that sentence is saying "I'm your Huckleberry" in Cartman's voice).

So if there are two vetoes on this pick, and nobody minds, I will void that pick and swap it out for another character selected solely because I want Eric Cartman to say his catchphrase.

You can re-pick if you want, but I’m really not seeing an issue with the pick. But if you do re-pick, I’ll take Holliday (Tombstone) off the board since it wouldn’t be fair to you, but the movie itself would still be eligible for other characters unless I get a solid reason that it’s not a clearly fictionalized version of the story and characters.
