So what is your educational background for your job, or did you just get "lucky"?

I guess you could call it "getting lucky". I went in for a tasting and they just so happened to be looking for people at the time (which is never the case). I went in for an interview the next week and things went from there. I started out working a few days a week and finally managed to snag full time.

The cool thing about what we do in the tasting room is to educate people about the different products. I'll tell them a little bit about each thing that they're tasting, and answer any questions they may have along the way. It's kinda of like customer service in a lot of ways. We also do tours on the weekend, and lately I've been giving them from time to time. It's a cool gig.

To be honest, I don't think so. Sure, I've been mad at people before, but if I give my self a second or two, I usually calm down.
