Remember when Scalabrine was hyped for having the same "brain type" as Jordan? Maybe his headband is too tight, because he really hurt the Celtics with that dumb foul, grabbing a guy with a clear path to the basket.
Yeah, I know this place pretty good. I went to law school here.[My5:]
He was late from behind getting to the ball and caught Miller in the face?
Flagrant? Seriously?
Now if you had wanted a flagrant on Pierce about a minute before that when he shoved Noah going up for a lay up and Noah landed on his head, I would have at least accepted where you came from on that one.
But on the Miller foul? I have no idea what you were looking at to determine that's flagrant.
Crazy game 6....I wonder if there would be no mention of Rondo's flagrant if the Bulls lost? I mean, for all the love he's getting, how stupid was trying to yank a guys arm off?

I think he was going for an Irish whip to set Hinrich up for a back body drop.

Also, Derek Fisher isn't Tough, he's a fucking cheapshot artist. I've seen him do some underhanded cheap stuff before, but when you see a guy about to set a pick on you, then lower your shoulder and explode into him the way he did, it's complete bullshit. He totally deserved to get tossed and probably deserves to be suspended from Game 3.
Luis Scola takes shit from a lot of people and just keeps his mouth shut. Rasheed Wallace in his face. David West pegging him at point blank range with the ball. Carlos Boozer throwing elbows after plays. He just smiles and walks away. So when career under acheiver Lamar Odom just talks trash and then complains when getting fouled going to the basket, Scola finally had enough and OMG! said something back to him. Then Luke "I'm Only Here Because Of My Name" Walton starts talking trash. Scola doesn't back down. Vujiprick throws his turn-upped nose into it and gets in the way. Again, Scola's had it and doesn't back down. Then, on the next possesion, Fisher lowers and cheap shots.
It's not about losing. Going into LA and winning one game is great. Winning two is damn near impossible. It's about cheap players being cheap. Throwing elbows in Artests throat, Kobe? Shoulda been a foul but not all fouls get called. What can you do. Artest doesn't take shit off of anybody. Like him or not, don't play dirty on him. And Artest shouldn't have gotten ejected. He didn't do anything but get in Kobe's face because the refs won't touch it. Love how he got a technical a little later to "make up for it".
Kobe is one of those assholes that's just about the best at what his does than anybody in the world and he lets you know about it all the fucking time. Being confident is one thing. Being cocky is a little douchier, but whatever. But what he does is just straight up asshole.
What the fuck, Von Wafer?
I want to see that foul that Utah did that Jackson was crying about.
Creepy, Adelman not sending in a jobber from the end of the bench with 3 minutes or so to go to go Flagrant 2 Kobe's ass may have cost them the series.
Adelman is a pussy. I was seriously pissed about that. Now Kobe is gonna yap the whole series, play dirty like he always does, and get away with it, because now Houston CAN'T retaliate.
Fisher deserves at LEAST one game suspension, if not more. That was just outrageous. At first (obviously) I thought Scola flopped because that's how he rolls; but that was just bullshit.
Also, there's no fucking way Artest should have been tossed. Joey Crawford is the worst ref in the NBA.
It's not Adelman being a pussy it's about the Rockets not stooping down to the Lakers level. Artest knows all eyes are on him and especially after it got that physical, anyone might have been tossed, but Ron Artest definitely was going to be. But he shouldn't have. But I can understand why he was and I'm sure he does, too.
Scola's been known to flop with the best of them, but you're right, that was just horseshit. I'm just glad others see how shitty that team is now that they crossed way over the line (I'm sure you already knew this).
Wonder what punker has to say about the game.........
Is it so hard to imagine? Is it so hard to believe? Something so outrageous, something so far-fetched, well how 'bout Adam and Eve?

It's fine not to sink to the Lakers level. Very noble.
Adelman went through this in Portland vs. Jordan
In Sacramento with Kobe once already (remember that bullshit?)
Bottom line is, Kobe is going to get EVERY call, every benefit of the doubt. Hell, he intentionally threw an Elbow at Artest's throat, and ARTEST GOT CALLED FOR THE FOUL!
Artest, post-game, said he was telling the refs the whole game what Kobe was doing, he was holding, pushing, basically fouling Artest the whole game.
Artest felt that since the refs weren't going to look out for him, he was going to have to do it himself.
And to his credit, he had no intention of throwing hands with Kobe. He just got in his face. He knew he'd get T'd up, but no way he should have been ejected.
Adelman has seen this story before. By not putting James White or whoever in there to go kick Kobe's ass, he blew his chance at retaliation.
Lakers are gonna lose Fisher, but they don't lose much with Farmar. That's why Fisher did what he did. It wasn't really going to negatively affect the team.
Yes, I'm advocating that the Rockets play that last 3 minutes as dirty as fuck and give as good as they were getting. It's certainly not the "right" thing to do; but under the circumstances it was more than warranted. Why? Kobe gets his ass kicked, and maybe he stops throwing elbows. Maybe he's a little gunshy driving the lane and isn't throwing the ball to his fucking self off the backboard like the punk-ass he is. I'm not saying injure him. I'm saying ring his bell a little bit.
I know the Rockets have been great at home this year, but I fear that now Kobe is going to test every last limit as to what he can get away with.
Game 1 last year vs. Boston in the finals, Kendrick Perkins fouled Kobe hard on a drive early in the game. Kobe was shit the rest of the series. You can get into his head. I'm just afraid that Adelman blew his chance here. And I guarantee you that Artest with get T'd up again for doing absolutely nothing at some point in this series.
You're right in that Kobe needs to get his ass kicked. I just don't know if I'd be ok with sending in someone to be a thug and fuck him up. Notice how Adelman sat Scola for most of the end of the game? This cheapshot bullshit isn't basketball. I'd rather lose by not retaliating then win by resorting to their level.
WE'RE THE USA!!! WE DO NOT FUCKING TORTURE!
Of course if Artest just decked the fuck out of him next time Kobe throws a dirty 'bow, then I wouldn't complain.

There comes a time when you need to stoop. Sometime early in the next game, someone from the end of the Rockets bench (I don't know the end of the Rockets bench) needs to go Kermit Washington on Kobe. I'd say do it to Fisher, but that guy is going to miss at least 1 game. And it should be obvious it's going to happen. "Hey, James White (I looked it up) is on the floor at the 2 minute mark. What the fuck? Oooh, I know why."
I'm wondering if Von Wafer told Adelman he'd go in there and fuck up Kobe and that's what got him sent back to the locker room.
There's a really good chance that that is EXACTLY what happened; and if that's the case the Rockets should be looking for a new coach starting like 3 hours ago.
MTA: Totally unrelated:
Eddie House - 31 pts. Kendrick Perkins - 16 pts. Dwight Howard - 12 pts. Brian Scalabrine - 8 pts.
Who the fuck gets slapped? Rafer's another guy you don't mess with, but a slap? And then nothing? Just jawing?
Seriously, a slap?
A slap. I like Rafer Alston a lot; he's always a great sleeper fantasy guy.
Alston was trying to say that Eddie House threw an elbow. Eddie House straightened his arm and was like 3 feet away from Alston. House is a shit-talker and loves to run his mouth, especially once he's hit a couple of shots in a row; and I really don't know what Alston was thinking. He should have just thrown a punch, because he's going to be suspended as if he did.
Does this put JJ Redick as the starting PG for Orlando for Game 3? Cause that would really kinda rule. Rondo could have 50.
I feel ya. Harold Miner was gonna be a star. White can shoot, too, though.
He might take over for Von Wafer next year if Von is gone, which he probably priced himself out of the Rockets cap room with his play this year. He broke through. But who knows.
